So, this is Skye Silver Sunset. In mid summer we headed over to the stunning Outer Hebrides and found lots of inspiration for next years jewels on North and South Uist, thinking orchids and beaches and sea, gorgeous. But enough of that, on route to Uig on Skye, to catch the ferry this was our view so I had to stop and capture it and now I have pulled together a selection of glorious Czech beads to reflect some of the colours. This is a very subtle array of smoky greys and crystal, very versatile and I love the big 12mm spheres on the longer silver ear wires I have just commissioned from my silver ware supplier in Bali. Lovely 5cm long earrings for those looking for something a bit bolder than my previous length.
